Terms & Conditions
1. Services Overview
Nexum Tech Accelerator provides career coaching, resume optimization, interview preparation, and job search strategy services designed to help clients pursue opportunities in tech sales.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes. Success depends on a variety of factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, client effort, prior experience, and interview performance.
3. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full prior to the start of the engagement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment plans, if offered, must be adhered to according to the agreed schedule.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final and non-refundable. (This is enforceable when clearly stated + agreed to before purchase)
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
• Actively participate in the process
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Attend scheduled sessions
• Take full responsibility for their job search and interview performance
6. Scheduling & Cancellations
Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions via Calendly.
Missed sessions or cancellations within [X hours, e.g., 12–24 hours] may be forfeited at the discretion of Nexum Tech Accelerator.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, templates, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Nexum Tech Accelerator and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nexum Tech Accelerator shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider (including Stripe). Any concerns must be addressed directly with Nexum Tech Accelerator.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
